Our Personal Training Sessions


At HS Group Fitness we offer expert personal training sessions that last one hour, led by one of our friendly female personal training experts. 



From the initial one hour session, we will put together a totally personal programme to help you achieve whatever goals you want!


Whether you want to lose weight, feel fitter and stronger, increase your energy levels and strength or if you're returning back to exercise after some time off - we can help you get there.


Our expert team of personal trainers will put a unique programme together suited to you!

Individual and group costs 


Our personal training rate is £30 per hour and discounts can apply for block bookings (if you fancy booking ahead!)


Do it with your friends! If you would like to enquire about booking some group training sessions with 2 or 3 friends then just let us know.


Meet our personal trainers 


Hi, my name is Helen smith and I launched DynamiX fitness in 2014.

As someone who was never the top sports girl at school, I found a love in running and hockey, and kept my interest in fell running and long distance running throughout my early 20's.

After having my children and gaining 5 stone over both pregnancies, I had to adapt my training style. Not only looking at short effective workouts which saved me time, but also gave me long term results. Trying all the diets on the market, losing, gaining and gaining even more, made me realize that good nutrition and regular exercise is the key with the right support.

And so I created workout programs to get these results. I train a wide range of people from non exercisers, or people wanting to enhance their fitness levels... Up to ladies and gents who want to work on specific areas or returning from injury. My aim is to make each session fun and engaging, and to help you achieve your end goal and have long term success. Exercise doesnt have to be boring, and if it is, you haven't trained with me yet :)



Hi I'm Adam, I have been a Personal Trainer for 3 years and having vast experience working with all types of people regarding fitness and abilities.


I am able to bring my experience and knowledge to help you reach your goals.

I come from a military background (still serving) and a sports background and I incorporate both of these styles into my training programmes to make them fun, unique and tailored to suit your needs.

Whether its you, or you fancy training with a friend, our initial consultation means we get you to where you want to be, and set a plan of how to do it :)









Hi I'm Nick, since working at DynamiX as one of the first Personal Trainers, I have met and trained great people, achieved some great results along the way and now head our Personal Training department.

I’ve worked within the fitness industry for over 10 years either as a coach, instructor or a Personal Trainer.

From a young age I have always had a keen interest in sport and fitness and having played international schoolboy cricket it gave me a taste of how to train at a high level.

Focusing on functional movement and sport specific training, I am extremely passionate about what I do, and I don’t really think of it as work! Although it’s a results driven business, I understand it’s not all about how we look, but HOW we feel.

A healthy body and mind approach is the key for me, and that’s why I like to have as much fun as possible whilst working to specific goals.
